How it works under the hood

From raw noise to clear themes.

Feedback floods in from every channel — messy, unstructured, and hard to act on. AI agents triage the noise, extract what matters, and group it into themes you can ship against.

Why I’m building this

I’m a founding engineer at an early-stage startup. Our CEO and CTO are in customer calls all day, and the signal that should drive our roadmap was scattered across forwarded emails, Google Meet recordings, Notion notes, and Slack DMs. I built Flowduct so I can see — in one place — what customers are actually asking for, turn it into Linear issues in a click, and ship the next thing with confidence instead of vibes.

FAQ

Common questions

How long does setup take?
Under 10 minutes. Connect your first tool with one click, and agents start working right away. No code needed.
How accurate are the AI agents?
Agents use Claude (Anthropic) with prompts tuned to your product. You can adjust how they work, switch models (Haiku, Sonnet, Opus), and add filters to cut noise.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Encrypted in transit and at rest. We use OAuth (no passwords stored), and your data is never used to train AI models.
What integrations do you support?
13+ and growing: Gmail, Outlook, Zoom, Teams, Gong, Fireflies, Fathom, Grain, Notion, Google Docs, Confluence, GitHub, and Linear.
Can I customize the AI agents?
Yes. Set up agents per tool — pick the AI model, write your own prompts, and route each source through its own pipeline with Flows.
